We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had all necessary amenities, including a fridge, safe and hair dryer. The location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation, and near prime shopping centers and a supermarket located just around the corner.

The location is not that great.. Its in the middle of the shopping area and hence the roads leading to and out of it are very small. The surroundings are not that great. Seen few fights taking place near the hotel. Apart from this its a very good budget hotel.

we were very close to siam paragon. all staff was very pleasant giving some tips about the city. we loved the hotel.

Convenient room service that arrives promptly. Close to the grand palace and within easy reach of all the fun and excitement. 🌟

Very prompt and courtious staff.we were given our 2 rooms by 9.30am although we were supposed to check in after 2pm.good breakfast buffet and house keeping was of very high standard.we used a taxi from just outside the entrance of the hotel for a few days.extremly reliable good natured middle aged man by the name of Chamak.Negotiate price before journey.highly recommendable.hotel has a massage palour on the ground floor.very reasonable prices and they comeup to your room for no additional cost.Will stay there again when in bangkok.

Shopping malls are just near by

the lift is only up to 7floor so i have to go up to reach my home on the 8th floor otherwise go down to 7thfloor to go down. Not really convenient when you're having a lot of things.

This hotel has a great location, very close to all the prime shopping areas in the city, making it easy to get around. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing necessary toiletries and even printing documents. the hotel room was clean and equipped with necessary amenities.

The housekeeping could be improved for a better guest experience.

The lobby is such a small space, crowded with so many things and people. Most of the staff are not friendly and resourcefull.

The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was good, and the room was spacious. The air conditioning worked well and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect for shopping, with markets and malls within walking distance. The hotel also offered an airport taxi service, making it convenient for travelers with heavy luggage.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

location is at city center though not really super close to the station. it's near the main road

the staff don't speak english well. the elevator was so small !if you have a big luggage, it would only be you & d luggage that will fit in it.the top floor (8th flr), didn't have an elevator anymore. we had to climb the stairs from the 7th floor. fortunately, we were only carrying backpacks.

Great Location @ price, however there were ants and bed bugs in the room!

The value for money at this hotel is amazing! The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel's location in the Pratinum area is perfect for shopaholics, with its endless shopping temptations at Pratunam market. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the clean rooms, complete with balconies, make for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying.

Room reservation process could be improved.

The location is iideal for shopping and going around the city. Eating is convenient as restaurant is within the hotel. Our room is nice and quiet.

We called up that we would be late on our check in time as there was strike going on in the airline we took. Although we got a room it was not a twin bed as we requested. Also the air condition was not working in our room. We were inconvenienced the first night. The next day we were trnasferred to a better room .but it was still not a twin bed. The shower faucet was turned to cool or cold the water was still warm. Warmer than tap water.

It got very easy for us to do shopping
